With an unwavering commitment to the social services field spanning over three decades, Mike Taylor has emerged as a prominent figure in the sector. As the owner of Carmichael Enterprises Residential Programs, a CARF-accredited organization nestled on Vancouver Island, he plays a pivotal role in supporting individuals with disabilities and mental health challenges. Furthermore, his impact extends as the Deputy Director of Applegate Residential Programs, another CARF-accredited organization, where he dedicates his expertise to the care of medically fragile individuals and persons with disabilities on both Vancouver Island and mainland Vancouver.
Mike's dedication to the field also led to the co-founding of Siva Training, a Canadian-based safety management training program tailored to support individuals with challenging behaviors.
